Do you guarantee a minimum occupancy?
No. Occupancy depends on the destination, the resort and the season, and none of the three is within our control. What is within our control is that the unit is always in a condition to compete.
Do you manage properties not bought through you?
Yes, provided they are in a destination where we already operate. If they are not, we say so before taking the engagement rather than learning at your expense.
How often does the owner receive information?
On a fixed schedule and in writing. The frequency is agreed at the start; what does not change is that the information arrives without you having to ask for it.
